Many amplifiers and receivers are designed for 19″ installation (the size units 1U, 2U, 3U indicate this). In the case of church sound reinforcement in the 19″ cabinet, in addition to the automatic mixer amplifier, the main player in the entire system, there are typically also radio receivers , music player or power amplifiers installed.

To improve speech intelligibility for hearing aid wearers, an induction loop system is often installed in churches, which consists of a loop amplifier and receiver and is also integrated into the 19″ cabinet.

A WiFi connection can also be located in the 19″ cabinet so that, as an alternative to operation in the sacristy, the associated iPad can be used and the sound system can also be conveniently controlled from the church – flexible and completely barrier-free.
