Project description
A new Sound system for a School camp

At the end of 2021, the “Schauerhaus” school camp in Oberaudorf, Upper Bavaria, was equipped with a new PA sound system by PHOENIX Professional Audio .
Several rooms, many speakers, one system: The Z-6A small control unit installed in the Schauerhaus is a complete PA control center. It is the perfect solution for controlling multiple sound zones – ideal for the school camp with its many rooms. The built-in digital power amplifier with an output power of 250 watts/100V can supply 6 separate speaker lines via separate volume controls and switch panels. The small control center has interfaces for digital system desk intercoms from the Phoenix DPM series and is equipped with a front installation slot for digital playback media modules.
The training room is sound-proofed by a low-impedance K6.5-75IP loudspeaker with a water barrier (75 W/100V) and protection class IP65. The weatherproof loudspeaker system in the aluminum housing is ideal for sound reinforcement in outdoor and indoor areas. The loudspeakers use a two-way system (frequency division at the passive crossover) and deliver high-quality speech and music reproduction.
An MP3 wall amplifier was also installed in the training room, which is equipped with integrated microphone, line and USB/SD/MP3 player inputs and was specially developed for sound reinforcement in gyms, classrooms, etc.
The team from Phoenix Professional Audio also took care of the installation as well as the acoustic measurement and system leveling on site.
